This is the threshold between the old way of working, full of existential crises, and the reality of professionals who are consciously aligned with true purposes and fully present in what we call the New Age: a shift in consciousness.

We started this movement in 2016, still without a defined form, but trusting in the consistency of a method that is now launching professionals to various parts of the world who have broken with the old way of working.

Ten years after that beginning, we have the opportunity to learn from the choices some people have made in life to find awareness, purpose, and presence, writing their names in this Founders' Edition of The New Age Professional.

Rodrigo Tamer is living proof that real victory doesn’t come from ease — it comes from a decision. After facing an autoimmune illness that pushed him to the edge, losing 30 kg, enduring years of silent pain, and moving through seasons of deep hopelessness, he refused to be defined by crisis. He rebuilt his health, strengthened his mind, and turned discipline into a way of life. Years later, on the Tokyo subway on his way to a major marathon, he almost missed the start because of one detail: his watch. He still made it in, finished the race, and discovered his greatest milestone — for the first time, he wasn’t running against himself, but with himself. His motto says it all: never lose faith.

THESE PEOPLE, ALONG WITH SO MANY OTHERS, HAVE ALREADY EMBRACED THE NECESSARY AWARENESS TO BECOME THE PROFESSIONAL OF THE NEW ERA.
